Before you begin

To enable us to assist you in planning your publication, there are many aspects you need to examine before you contact us. Communication goals, audience, purpose, content, distribution and budget are just some of the considerations which will provide the foundation for an effective brief around which design and production aspects can be effectively discussed.

If the publication is intended as a marketing resource, it should be initiated by the Marketing/Communications officer in your organisational area.

Allan Isaak in QUT’s Marketing and Communications Department, phone 3138 3717 or email a.isaak@qut.edu.au, should approve your brief in line with the current brand guidelines for QUT - before we can begin.

To authorise the commencement of any publications work, please complete a Publications Requisition and either bring this to your initial meeting with us or if no meeting is required, you can fax it to us on 3138 3573 or send via the internal mail.
