Distribution
Inside QUT is QUT's full colour campus newspaper. It is published 10 times a year and has a circulation of 13,000. It is also posted on the internet.
QUT has around 40,000 students and 5,000 staff. Students and staff pick up Inside QUT from strategically located boxes on all campuses (33% of students attend parttime).
Inside QUT is mailed to over 1,200 school guidance officers, international agents and national and state media organisations.
Quality journalism
Inside QUT is written by professional journalists. Many of the stories are picked up by the mass media.

Artwork
Artwork must be complete finished art.
The following formats are preferred:
- EPS including fonts converted to paths, with images and graphics supplied/ embedded. Minimum resolution 300dpi.
- InDesign 2.0 files with fonts converted to paths and images and graphics supplied.
- PDF files may be used, but must be created using Acrobat Distiller with Corporate Marketing settings, which are available on request.
Note: Please ensure that all images and graphics used within the document are provided and all images MUST be CMYK or spot colour, RGB is not acceptable.

Mechanical specifications
Column depth 38cm - 5 columns per page. CTP printing process.
Terms and conditions
- Payment is required within 21 days from the date of the invoice which follows publication.
- The newspaper has the right to refuse unsuitable advertising.
- Inside QUT will conform to the standards of the Australian Media Accreditation Authority.
- The Trade Practices Act forbids 'misleading or deceptive' conduct in trade or commerce and 'false representations' in the supply or promotion of goods and services.
